Cancer Services Directory: Request for Registration

The directory is a free, online service directory for cancer patients, their families/carers and clinicians in the Albury-Wodonga border region. The purpose of the directory is to provide a central point of access for patients, families, carers, clinicians and service providers to access information about local cancer and support services.

The website administrator will verify your details and send you an email containing a unique username and password. You will then be able to login and complete your directory profile.

Guidelines for registration

  1. The individual, service or organisation must provide services or information to cancer patients and/or their families/carers in the Albury-Wodonga border region. The Albury-Wodonga border region covers the health regions of Hume in Victoria and the southern area of Greater Southern Area Health Service in New South Wales.
     
  2. Registrations and directory profiles must be in English and clearly identify the services that are provided.
     
  3. All new registrations or edits to existing directory profiles will be reviewed by the site administrator for appropriateness of content, including links to other websites that form part of the service directory profile.
     
  4. BCC will advise you by email whether your registration or profile changes have been accepted or declined for publication in the directory. BCC reserves the sole discretionary right to determine whether a service is approved for inclusion in the directory, and may withdraw inclusion rights at any time.
     
  5. The individual, service or organisation will be responsible for maintaining their directory profile using the login details provided. A service may edit their details or remove consent for their profile to be displayed at any time.
