The multidisciplinary team (MDT) projects focus on the development of models to enable other MDTs to implement:
· Rural/metropolitan partnership of MDT care
· A sustainable, self funded MDT through the use of the MBS item numbers
· The collection of the additional data items for the MDS (where defined)
· The adapted Victorian Patient Management Frameworks
· Tumour specific treatment plans
· The collection of outcome measures
· Private/public partnership of MDT care. |
